- Child Custody (if there are children common to the parties whether by birth, adoption or length of relationship). This includes Parenting Time, school choice, medical provider, religious training, vacations, mediation and modification requirements.
- Child Support (this is based on mathematical formula developed by the Arizona Supreme Court) You simply supply the numbers and a child support amount is created. The parties can agree to a different number if they so choose.
- Division of Community Property (anything that you have acquired since you got married is considered community property, unless it was inherited, gifted to you by someone other than your spouse or you waived your community interest in the item voluntarily.
- Division of Community Debt (any debt that you have incurred either on your own or as a couple are considered community debt, unless you can prove that you did not consent to the debt and received a waiver from the creditor)

The Arizona Supreme Court recently issued a set of Guidelines for Spousal Maintenance to be used by the courts in determining how much and for how long to order Spousal Maintenance.
